Vidya Ramamoorthy

Vidya Ramamoorthy has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Vidya began their career in 2000 as an Associate at AF F, working for M/s Ashtutosh Shrivastava & Co, where they were involved in the preparation of accounts and financial books, statutory and internal audits, auditing and accounting for housing co-operative societies, and providing advisory services on salary structure, projection for bank loans, overdrafts, etc. In 2004, they moved to Price Waterhouse Coopers as an Associate. In 2006, they joined Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Analyst - External Audit, where they managed small teams intermittently and assisted US audit teams in the investment management and insurance sectors. In 2008, they were hired as an Assistant Manager - Finance at Ocwen Financial Solutions, where they managed the entire financial accounting for a USD 100Mn hedge fund and provided financial and management reporting on the fund performance to stakeholders. Finally, in 2012, they joined Nomura as an Assistant Manager - Finance, where they led the financial accounting and reporting for two of Nomura's entities in South Korea and Hong Kong respectively. In 2018, they were hired as a Finance Manager at Apigate.

Vidya Ramamoorthy completed a B.Com from the University of Mumbai between 1999 and 2002. Vidya then went on to obtain a C.A from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 2000 and 2003. In 2010, they obtained a Diploma in IFRS from the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, UK. Vidya also attended St Mary's convent, though no further information is available.
