Mike Grice, MA, MBA

Mike Grice, MA, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike served as the Chief Operating Officer at Boost Oxygen, where they were responsible for the operations of a portable 95% pure supplemental oxygen company. Prior to this, they held the same role at MedTech and BioTech Veterans Program Inc. (MVPVets), a non-profit organization that helps military veterans transition into the medical technology industry. Mike also served as the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at PsychArmor, a mental health non-profit. In addition, Grice worked as a Fellow at The Lejeune Leadership Institute, focusing on leadership development within the Marine Corps University. Mike was also an Adjunct Professor at National University and a Senior Analyst at Power Ten Inc. Grice's military experience includes serving as a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Marine Corps, where they commanded various units and gained expertise in leadership, crisis planning, and management.
