**The Role and Mission…**Boostability is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts during this pivotal transition. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand recognition, maximize market presence, and increase revenue streams for Boostability and its subsidiary brands. This role reports directly to the executive team and offers the opportunity to shape the company's strategic planning.

This position is based out of Utah and will follow a hybrid, remote/in-office schedule.

Compensation: $115k + DOE.
Schedule: Hybrid schedule, in-office and remote work. We are looking for a candidate who is based out of Utah and available to come into the office for meetings, as needed. 

A Typical Day Might Include…

  • Build and lead a dynamic marketing team, inspiring and guiding them to execute successful initiatives across various channels and platforms, while also identifying and collaborating with external agencies to augment marketing capabilities and support strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand recognition and increase market share for Boostability and its subsidiary brands.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Business Development, and Product to align sales and marketing strategies and achieve company objectives.
  • Craft a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy for Boostability, focusing on amplifying growth and impact in target markets.
  • Oversee ongoing marketing operations for subsidiary brands, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Propose and manage marketing budgets aligned with growth objectives, allocating resources effectively to drive maximum impact.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
