Nina Siglin

Nina Siglin has an extensive work experience in various leadership and human resources roles. Nina recently joined Boostlingo as the Vice President of People in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President & Head of Human Resources at Kinsa from 2021 to 2022. From 2016 to 2020, they held multiple positions at Snap Kitchen, including Executive Chief of Staff and Vice President of Human Resources. Before that, they worked at ADP TotalSource as a Client Relations Executive/Regional Director of Human Resources and Senior HR Business Partner/Team Lead from 2012 to 2016. Nina also served as the Director of Human Resources & Operations at MOC Products in 2011 and as Senior Director of Human Resources & Operations at Beautifull, Inc. from 2007 to 2011. Nina started their career at Krogman Construction, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources and Operations from 2005 to 2007.

Nina Siglin holds a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University. Nina also has a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist (CHRS), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), California Certification, Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and SHRM-SCP.
