Dakin Gunn

Dakin Gunn serves as the Senior Director and Head of HR at Nuro since October 2018, leading various functions including HR, Talent Management, People Analytics, and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives. Dakin has previously held roles such as Chief of Staff for Software, where organizational operations and HR programs were managed for a 400+ employee team. Prior experience includes director-level positions at OfferUp and Uber, focusing on scaling teams and recruiting in technology and engineering sectors, as well as a leadership role at Robert Half Technology overseeing IT recruiting. Dakin holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in English from the University of California, Davis, and has studied Italian at Università per Stranieri di Perugia.
