Kimberly Letourneau

Kimberly Letourneau is an accomplished retail leader with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as Regional Vice President East at Boot Barn since October 2015, Kimberly has successfully led a team of 14 stores to achieve consistent year-over-year same-store sales growth, earning recognition for the second-highest comp growth in the company at the end of FY20. Kimberly's previous roles at Boot Barn include Regional Director and District Manager, along with interim positions overseeing multiple markets. Prior to Boot Barn, Kimberly held various managerial positions at Bath & Body Works, culminating in the role of District Manager, overseeing nine stores with annual sales of $17 million. Kimberly began a career in retail as a Wedding Consultant at David's Bridal. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Ithaca College.
