Krizza Marie Francisco has a diverse work experience in customer support and operations. Krizza Marie started their career in 2017 as a Travel Agent at Pan Pacific Travel Corporation. In 2018, they worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Discover The World - Philippines and later joined TripMasters as a Customer Service Representative. In 2020, they became a part of Booth & Partners, where they initially worked as a Customer Support Specialist and later transitioned into the role of Merchant Support Operations Specialist.

Krizza Marie Francisco is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Tourism Management at the Philippine Women's University. Krizza Marie started their master's degree in 2021 and is expected to complete it in the future. Before that, Krizza Marie obtained a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management from the University of Perpetual Help - Biñan, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Their field of study during their bachelor's degree was Tourism Management.

In addition to their formal education, Krizza Marie has obtained a certification as an Omnichannel Agent from Zendesk in February 2022.
