Derrick Wood Pe

Derrick Wood, PE, is a skilled project engineer with extensive experience in electrical engineering and project management. Currently serving as Project Engineer III - Team Lead at Booth & Associates since September 2021, Derrick previously held the position of Project Engineer II at ECE from September 2020 to September 2021, and Project Engineer at Swinerton Renewable Energy from January 2018 to September 2020. Derrick's career began with roles at Electrical Consulting Engineers, Inc. as an Electrical Engineering Intern and Harris Teeter as a Dairy Clerk, along with a summer internship at WB Moore Company where support was provided on a data center construction site. Derrick earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Carolina State University between 2015 and 2018.
