Rebecca Hardman

Rebecca Hardman, Chartered MCIPD, has a comprehensive work history in HR and retail. Rebecca served as Head of HR and Head of HR Retail at Booths starting in 2018 and 2017 respectively. Prior to that, they held roles at Debenhams including Regional Training Manager, Employee Relations Adviser, Retail Trainer, Sales Manager, and Management Trainee. Overall, Rebecca has a strong background in HR, learning and development, and retail management.

Rebecca Hardman, Chartered MCIPD, completed their A-levels in History, English Literature, and Religious Studies at Westholme School, Blackburn, from 1988 to 2002. Rebecca then pursued further education in HRM, earning a CIPD Advanced Level Diploma from MOL in 2013. In 2015, they became an MBTI Practitioner after studying at OPP. Additionally, they obtained a CIPD Certificate in Training in Learning and Development from DPG plc in 2008 and an NVQ Management Level 4 in Retail Management from SBC Shrewsbury in 2003-2005.
