Prameela Mallaiah

Prameela Mallaiah currently serves as the Fractional Leader and Managing Director for GCC Operations and People Strategy at BootMinds since May 2025, focusing on advising and enabling strategic initiatives. Previously, Prameela held various leadership positions at Walmart Global Sourcing from November 2004 to March 2025, including Director India Hub Leader, where key responsibilities encompassed cultural, operational, administrative, and people leadership, as well as Head of Human Resources, managing comprehensive HR processes and driving HR-business partnerships. Earlier experience includes a supervisory role in international travel at The Travel Company from March 2002 to October 2004. Prameela's educational background includes an Executive Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and an MBA in HR from Symbiosis, Pune.
