Therese Engan

Therese Engan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Regional HR Director at Alliance Healthcare and HR Director at Boots Apotek since September 2021, Therese has previously held positions such as HR Director Scandinavia at Steen & Strøm and Senior HR Manager at Boots Norge AS. With a background that includes a significant tenure as HR Leader Nordics at Mercer, Therese has developed and implemented HR strategies, coordinated performance management processes, and served as a senior advisor to management teams. Earlier in their career, Therese held various HR roles at Hewlett-Packard, including HR Staffing Manager for the Nordics and HR Consultant. Therese started their professional journey as a Customer Service Team Manager at Domino DA. Therese holds educational qualifications from BI Norwegian Business School and UiT - The Arctic University of Norway.
