Charlene Bargiel

Charlene Bargiel serves as the Vice President of Corporate Pricing & Estimating at Booz Allen Hamilton, overseeing pricing and cost estimating across various markets since January 2019. With extensive experience at Northrop Grumman Corporation, Bargiel held key positions including Corporate Director of Pricing, Estimating & Program Control, and managed the pricing organization within different sectors, contributing to strategic initiatives and executive leadership. Previous roles at Litton PRC included Vice President of Contracts and Director of Contracts, where Bargiel focused on contract administration and proposal pricing for DOD efforts. Bargiel began the career as a Contract Administrator at PRC Inc. and holds an MBA from Marymount University, a B.S. in Business Management from Point Park College, and an A.S. in Business Administration from the Community College of Allegheny County.
