Jenni Light

Jenni Light is a seasoned design strategist with extensive experience in service design and education. Currently serving as a Senior Design Strategist at Booz Allen Hamilton, Jenni focuses on enhancing citizen services for organizations such as the CDC, VA, and FAA. Concurrently, Jenni is an Adjunct Professor at Savannah College of Art and Design, teaching various design courses and mentoring both undergraduate and graduate students in visual design thinking and field research. Previous roles include Lead Strategic Research at MURAL, Senior Manager of Insights and Strategy at Cartoon Network, and design research positions at Thrive, Artefact, and frog. Jenni holds an MFA in Design Management from the Savannah College of Art and Design and has conducted ethnographic research and community engagement projects while fostering creativity and education in design.
