Katie Babcock has extensive experience at Booz Allen Hamilton, serving in multiple roles since 1997, with a focus on operations, project management, and strategic assessment. Currently employed as Operations Lead, Project Manager, and Business Lead, Katie provides program support for a significant electronic healthcare modernization project and manages solution teams. Previous roles include leading organizational design assessments for large financial institutions and overseeing various information technology projects as an Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master. With a Master's in Business Administration focused on Project Management from Capella University and a DMIS degree from George Mason University, Katie continues to enhance expertise in Healthcare Information Systems through ongoing education.
