Kaury Kucera

Kaury Kucera is a highly experienced health scientist and consultant, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton since September 2022 and as Chief Scientific Officer at Valisure since March 2018. Previously, Kaury held various positions at Yale University, including Program Director for the Yale-CIRTL program, focusing on STEM teaching development in collaboration with national university leaders, and Interim & Associate Director for Graduate and Postdoctoral Teaching Development, assisting graduate students and postdocs in enhancing their teaching and scholarship. Kaury's earlier roles at Yale included Research Scientist in Pharmacology and Faculty in the College, where significant research contributions were made, including overseeing a $2.5M grant program and developing over 200 unique assays. Kaury Kucera earned a Ph.D. in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Chicago.
