Kelly Smith, PMP, serves as a Human Capital Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton since January 2024, bringing extensive experience from a distinguished career in the US Navy that spanned two decades from December 2003 to December 2023. During this time, Kelly held multiple leadership roles, including Team Lead Manager at the Office of Naval Intelligence, Kennedy Irregular Warfare Center, USS Thomas Hudner, and Joint Intelligence Operations Center Pacific, as well as Senior Team Lead at Naval Special Warfare - Special Reconnaissance Team ONE and Joint Task Force Guantanamo Bay. Additionally, Kelly has contributed to various US Navy positions and possesses a Bachelor's degree from Excelsior University.
