Richard Pigott is an experienced operations professional with a significant background in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Central Operations Director at Boparan Restaurant Group since February 2017, Richard has previously held roles including Director of Operations for Slim Chickens and Head of Operations for Slim Chickens UK, Giraffe, and Ed's Diner. Prior experience includes Operations Manager at Rosa's Thai Cafe, overseeing seven sites, and a similar role at Giraffe, where management of 14 restaurants was achieved alongside business transitions during a corporate acquisition. Richard's career began as General Manager at The Restaurant Group plc and family-owned establishments, where skills in people development, operational efficiency, and financial management were honed.
