Naja Kilden

Naja Kilden is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and management. Currently serving as a board member for multiple organizations, including Sinfonietta and Skyggebørn since April 2024, Naja also holds board positions at Galleri Image and Aarhus Fremad Fodbold. With a longstanding role as Rental Manager at Kilden og Hindby since May 2018, Naja's previous experience includes over nine years as a School Leader in various municipalities and nearly seven years as a Pedagogical Consultant for Aarhus Kommune. Naja began a career in education as a Folkeskolelærer at Nordgårdsskolen, contributing to a robust foundation in both educational leadership and community involvement.
