Nick Masciotro is an experienced finance professional with a specialization in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and renewable energy markets. Currently serving as Execution Head of Corporate Development at Boralex Inc., Nick previously held roles as an Associate in M&A and Capital Markets at Copia Power and as a Senior Associate on the Power Markets Team at 3Degrees Group, Inc. Demonstrating a strong background in financial modeling, due diligence, and project finance, Nick's prior experience includes significant contributions at Renewable Choice Energy, Schneider Electric Energy & Sustainability Services, and Standard and Poor's Ratings Services. Nick earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2014.
