Martina Williamson

Martina Williamson is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Interim Head of HR at Bord Gáis Energy since May 2023. Previously, Martina held the position of Head of HR at Citibank Europe Plc from August 2005 to June 2022, where extensive international experience was gained managing a workforce of over 10,000 across 23 countries and advising senior leaders at the C-Suite level. From March 1996 to March 2005, Martina acted as an HR Consultant at RSA, directing HR strategies for complex projects and organizational restructuring. Academic credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Innovation, Creativity & Leadership from University College Dublin and a Master of Science in International HR Management from Cranfield School of Management, among other qualifications.
