Aileen Nguyen

Aileen Nguyen has a solid background in tax and finance, with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Aileen started their career as a Senior Tax Specialist at KPMG in 1989, where they specialized in tax planning and compliance. After a year, they joined Enserch Corporation as a Senior Tax Analyst, where they gained experience in preparing tax returns and assisting in audits. In 1995, Aileen moved on to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where they served as a Tax Manager. Aileen then progressed to STMicroelectronics, where they spent 14 years as the Director of Taxes. During their tenure, they successfully built and managed a fully functional Tax department, overseeing all tax matters for US and foreign companies and handling tax audits. In 2012, Aileen joined Borden as the Senior Director of Tax, where they currently hold a leadership position.

Aileen Nguyen has earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Business from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, they have obtained a Master's degree in Taxation from the University of North Texas.
