Brice Coleman

Brice Coleman has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. Brice started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at American Airlines in 1994 before moving on to Sabre Holdings, where they held roles as a Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Consultant. At Sabre Holdings, they provided strategic HR guidance across Asia Pacific and managed global HR initiatives. In 2000, they joined Travelocity as a VP / Director of Human Resources, Employee Development, and Quality Assurance, where they were responsible for the design and delivery of HR practices and procedures. In 2008, they became the EVP of Human Resources at CROSSMARK before taking on the role of EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Borden Dairy Company in 2015. In their current position, they partner with senior leaders to drive key HR initiatives and leads the corporate communications team.
