Emily Candy

Emily Candy currently serves as the Director of Talent Advisory for Business Services at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, having joined the firm in May 2022. Prior to this role, Emily worked as an Employment Officer and Project Lead at Algonquin College, where responsibilities included providing job search assistance and leading the launch of a career readiness tool. Emily’s extensive experience in human resources spans over 14 years at Rogers Communications, where positions included Human Resources Manager for various divisions, focusing on HR consultation, workforce planning, and diversity initiatives. Emily also has academic experience as an instructor at Humber College and holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from York University, alongside a Post-Graduate Certificate from Humber College and a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology from the University of Guelph.
