Sheraine Farrin has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Lead People & Culture Partner at Quantios since August 2017, where responsibilities include providing operational and strategic HR support globally. Previous roles at Quantios encompass HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, HR Advisor, and HR Assistant, demonstrating a strong progression within the company. Sheraine also contributed to Elysium Healthcare as an HR and Payroll Administrator, supporting 500 employees and managing HR queries. An early experience at Xerox included a 12-month industrial placement in Business Transformation, focusing on learning and development. Sheraine holds a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma and a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management, along with a BSc in Business and Management from Brunel University.
