Xue Yan

Xue Yan is a Lawyer and Partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, with extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Notable responsibilities include conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating various legal documents, and advising on public-private partnerships. Xue Yan also specializes in supporting clients in joint ventures and asset management agreements, as well as providing legal advice to both Chinese clients on Canadian law and Canadian clients engaged with Chinese partners.
