Barbara Smet is an experienced international consultant currently working with Borderless Executive Search since August 2022, focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness through clear goal setting and purposeful collaboration with clients and candidates. As Managing Director and Chief Happiness Officer at Business to Excell bv since January 2017, Barbara utilizes over 30 years of experience to support companies in re-organization and team coaching. Previous roles include Coordinator for a Covid Testing and Triage center, Business Owner at Seuic-Emea bv, and various positions at BD, where Barbara played a key role in marketing and sales within the healthcare sector.
