Yik Chau Lui (Kry)

Yik Chau (Kry) Lui is a seasoned professional in machine learning and data science with extensive experience in academia and industry. Currently serving as a Senior Machine Learning Researcher at Borealis AI since September 2016, Kry focuses on innovative problem-solving influenced by key machine learning conferences. Prior to this role, Kry contributed as a Data Scientist and Machine Learning Specialist at MUSE™, where efforts centered on enhancing mental health through brain health technologies. Earlier experiences include leadership in quantitative research at 1Datapoint Diagnostics, focusing on predictive modeling in mental health, and data analysis at Cumulonimbus, improving weather forecasts. Kry holds a Master of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Toronto.
