Sade Dozan

Sade Dozan, CFRE, currently serves as the Vice President of Advancement at Borealis Philanthropy since July 2024. Sade's previous roles include Chief of Development and Operations and Senior Director of Development at Caring Across Generations from January 2020 to September 2024, and a combination of positions as Grant Writer and Associate Director of Development at Literacy Inc. from July 2017 to February 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Grant Writer at The Doe Fund, Community Development Director at Coalition for Hispanic Family Services and Brooklyn Artistry & Company, and Youth Services Director at Long Island Crisis Center. Sade holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Fundraising from Metropolitan College of New York and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology from Pace University.
