Werner Zeitlberger

Werner Zeitlberger has extensive work experience in various roles within the finance and consulting industry. Werner is currently serving as the Head of Borealis Business Services, where they lead the company's innovative solutions in the fields of polyolefins and base chemicals. Prior to this role, Werner was the Head of Finance Transformation at Borealis.

Before joining Borealis, Werner served as the Co Chairman of the Baltic Shared Services Community (BSSC), a non-commercial community for captive shared services professionals in the Baltic region. Werner provided a platform for professionals to exchange ideas, discuss trends, and learn from peers and thought leaders.

Werner also worked as the Director of Strategy & Transformation at The Hackett Group, where they offered intellectual property-based strategic consultancy and enterprise benchmarking services. Werner had a significant role in business transformation, enterprise analytics, working capital management, and global business services.

Prior to The Hackett Group, Werner was engaged in management consulting and finance advisory at KPMG. Werner started their career at Siemens, where they worked in international sales, business development, and in-house consulting.

Throughout their career, Werner has developed a strong expertise in finance, strategy, transformation, and consultancy, making him a valuable asset in driving organizational growth and innovation.

Werner Zeitlberger holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which was a joint program with Vienna University of Economics and Business - WU Executive Academy. Werner also obtained a Global Executive MBA from WU Executive Academy. In addition, they attended MIT Sloan School of Management for a course on Innovation of Products and Services: MIT's Approach to Design Thinking. Prior to these programs, they studied Entrepreneurship at FHWien der WKW.
