Pratipalsinh Zala has extensive work experience in technical support and application engineering. Pratipalsinh has worked at various companies including Borek Solutions, GoodCare IT Management Services Pvt. Ltd., SUN PHARMA, Tabs FM Ltd, and Mits Infotech.

At Borek Solutions, Pratipalsinh worked as an Application Support Engineer with a focus on OpenText application configuration and support for US pharmaceutical companies.

Prior to that, they were a Technical Support Engineer at GoodCare IT Management Services Pvt. Ltd., where they provided application support for healthcare products to UK-based stakeholders.
