Jonna Kajasmaa

Jonna Kajasmaa is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Development Manager at Borenius since February 2023. Prior experience includes a role as an HR Business Partner at Deloitte Finland from February 2020 to February 2023, where responsibility encompassed talent strategy implementation and business partnering for the Risk Advisory Business Unit. Jonna's background also features positions as Recruitment Lead and Senior Recruiter at BearingPoint, where talent management and employer branding were key focuses. Earlier roles include research at Mercuri Urval and coordination of people performance at KPMG Finland. Jonna holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Turku School of Economics and has completed education at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Nürnberg and Naantali’s High School.
