Susanna Niittymaa

Susanna Niittymaa is a Senior Associate at Borenius in Finland since January 2013, specializing in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, as well as information technology and data protection matters. Previously, Susanna held roles as an Associate Lawyer at Borenius and an IP & Technology Trainee at Attorneys at Law Borenius Ltd. Other notable experiences include an internship at the United Nations, an Associate Trainee position at Hannes Snellman Attorneys Ltd, and serving as an Advisor for the European Parliament. In addition, Susanna worked as a Legal Advisor for The Union of Professional Engineers in Finland. Susanna holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Helsinki and studied as an exchange student at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), along with pursuing a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) at the University of Helsinki.
