Taneli Lantta

Taneli Lantta is currently an Associate Trainee focused on M&A & Private Equity and IP & Tech at Borenius, starting in February 2024. As a Co-Founder of Potens Software Oy since September 2022, Taneli has also gained experience as a Legal Trainee at HMD Global between June 2022 and December 2023, where responsibilities included reviewing commercial contracts and assisting the legal team. Prior roles include Substitute Teacher for the City of Vantaa from August 2020 to January 2023 and Supervising Junior Trainee at Castrén & Snellman from August 2021 to May 2022. Taneli co-founded Sero Clothing, serving as Head of Operations and Chairman of the Board from July 2018 to January 2022, and completed a brief internship at CERN in October 2019 through the High School Student Internship Programme. Education includes pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Juridik at the University of Helsinki and a Kandidatexamen at the Hanken School of Economics.
