Randy Golinski

Randy Golinski is currently working as a Sr. Product Development Engineer at Indak Manufacturing since October 2000. Previously, Randy founded RDRandon LLC in October 2011 and served as Owner/President until October 2023. Randy has also worked as an Adjunct Lecturer in the MS Product Design & Development Management Program at Northwestern University MPD² from May 2015 to September 2022. Randy has experience as a Design Engineer at Arens Controls from 1999 to 2004 and as an Engineering Supervisor at OTTO Engineering from 1991 to 1999. Randy holds a Master of Science degree in Product Design & Development Management from Northwestern University (2004-2006) and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Valparaiso University (1983-1987).
