Aneka Deloach, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, has extensive work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. From 2022, they are currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Borger Management Inc. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of People & Culture at The Classic Catering People from 2021 to 2022. Aneka also held several roles at B.F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, including Training and Talent Acquisition Manager from 2018 to 2021 and Human Resources Manager from 2014 to 2018. Aneka started their career at Crestline Hotels & Resorts in 2013 and served as a Corporate Human Resources Coordinator and Complex Human Resources Coordinator. From 2007 to 2013, Aneka worked at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as a Housekeeping Office Coordinator.

Aneka Deloach, MSHRM, SHRM-CP pursued their education at Trinity University-Washington, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Relations from 2007 to 2012. Aneka further enhanced their expertise in the field of Human Resource Management by completing a Master's Degree program at Trinity University-Washington from 2012 to 2014.
