Ben Axelrod

Ben Axelrod is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Board Member at Technical Products, Inc. and Durex Products, Inc., as well as the Managing Director at Borgman Capital. Previously, Axelrod held the position of Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking Advisory/M&A at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) from October 2014 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading the Mergers & Acquisitions practice and expanding the team to fourteen professionals. Prior experience includes roles at Lazard, where Axelrod ascended to Director in the Food & Agriculture practice, and earlier positions at Goldsmith Agio Helms & Lynner, LLC, RBC Capital Markets, ING Deutschland, and GMAC-RFC. Axelrod holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Relations from Stanford University.
