Vlad Fedorenko

Vlad Fedorenko is a seasoned professional in research and development, currently serving as R&D Manager at Arlight Rus since September 2024. Previously, Vlad held the position of R&D Project Manager at BORK for one year and worked at ARLIGHT RUS as a Product Manager, focusing on the development of light management systems and new product discovery across China. With substantial experience from DKC as Product Line Manager, where responsibilities included market research and R&D within a holacratic structure, Vlad also contributed to System Solutions, LLC as a Procurement Engineer, managing complex technical equipment procurement. Early career roles included Contract Manufacturing Manager and Engineer at Эльф Филлинг, ZAO, specializing in aerosol auto cosmetics and plastic product engineering. Vlad holds an engineering degree from Bauman Moscow State Technical University and attended the Higher School of Economics.
