Katie Oeschger

Katie Oeschger, MS, BCBA, UXC, currently serves as Vice President of Research & Behavioral Science at BORN, leading a global team and managing high-impact projects for notable clients such as Cigna and Nissan. Previously, as Principal of Behavior Change Design at Mad*Pow, Katie co-developed a strategic framework for United Healthcare, and during tenure as UX Researcher III at Covenant Eyes, Katie conducted mixed-methods research. Katie's academic experience includes teaching biology and behavioral science courses at Michigan State University, where courses achieved high satisfaction ratings, as well as conducting significant research at the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute. Katie holds a Master of Science in Behavior Analysis from Southern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and Psychology from Michigan State University.
