Keith Pires

Keith Pires is the EVP of Sales at BORN Group. Keith has over 20 years of experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) and has served in various leadership roles during their career. Prior to joining BORN Group, Keith was the Vice President, Head of Corporate Relations - Americas at Xchanging. Keith was responsible for strategic business review and business case development, process mapping (As-Is/To-Be) and solution design for new and existing clientele. Keith was also responsible for articulating Xchanging's business model and strategic initiatives within the insurance sector to Third-Party Analyst (TPA) community including Alsbridge, Gartner Group, PA Consulting, Hfs Research and EquaTerra(KPMG), etc. Keith was a key member of the team that developed the global strategy for Insurance Services and they also developed the operating model for Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) for the Insurance vertical. Keith has been a core team member with 5th largest insurance organization to transform back-office operations. In 2010, they received the CEO Citation for outstanding performance amongst global executive peer.

Keith Pires has a certificate of completion in digital marketing strategies: data, automation, AI & analytics from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Keith also has a bachelor's degree in business/commerce, general from Athabasca University.
