Suraj Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience transformation and strategic leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as SVP and Geo Head APAC at BORN since February 2023, Suraj Gupta blends agency skills with execution capabilities to enhance brand experiences for global clients. Prior experience includes leading customer experience services at Brillio and driving Salesforce business growth at Mindtree, where Suraj Gupta also established the Sales Excellence team. An MBA graduate from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Suraj Gupta began a career at Infosys Technologies, managing IT service delivery and strategic projects. Additionally, Suraj Gupta holds an MSc in Geophysics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
