Barry Clark

Barry Clark has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Barry is currently working at Born Primitive as a Creative Director since April 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Sr. Art Manager at the same company from October 2022 to April 2023 and as a Creative Strategist from June 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining Born Primitive, Barry worked as a Social Media Content Creator at Davis Ad Agency in April and May 2021. Barry also worked as an Artisan at Cape Henry Woodworks from April 2020 to May 2021.

In addition, Barry worked as a Photographer at Sweatographer, LLC from June 2019 to April 2021. Barry gained valuable experience as a Freelance Graphic Designer during their self-employed period from August 2018 to April 2021. In this role, they worked with various establishments and startups, creating posters, logos, websites, ads, and banners, meeting strict deadlines and exceeding client expectations.

Barry started their career at AETGY in July 2010 as a DJ. Barry utilized their passion for design to effectively brand himself and stay current with industry trends. Barry successfully generated record bar sales for multiple reputable local businesses and built strong relationships with promoters and managers. Barry'stenure at AETGY ended in January 2019.

Prior to their DJ career, Barry served as a Marketing Design Manager at Waterman's Surfside Grille from February to August 2018.

Barry Clark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Old Dominion University. Barry completed this degree from 2009 to 2010. Before that, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tidewater Community College, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Barry Clark has also obtained a certification as a Certified Level 1 Adult Run Coach from the Road Runners Club of America in February 2019.
