Eva Norrington

Eva Norrington has a diverse work experience in the creative and operations fields. From 2017 to present, they have worked at Born Social where they have held various roles such as Workplace/Creative Operations Manager, Senior Creative Lead, and Creative. In these roles, they have been responsible for creating a sustainable and engaging work environment, leading culture-building strategies, managing people operations, and organizing inclusive initiatives. Eva has also been involved in daily operational tasks, including resource management, technology, and workflow processes. Prior to joining Born Social, Eva worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer and Illustrator at Norrling starting in 2013.

Eva Norrington attended Palmer's College from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a GCE Advanced Level in Graphic Design, Fine Art, and Film. Following this, they enrolled at the University of the Arts London in 2014 and completed a Foundation Diploma in Art & Design with a focus on Graphic Design in 2015. In 2017, Eva obtained a certification in "Intro to WordPress" from Fluency.io.
