Shadille Estepan has a diverse work experience beginning in 2011. Shadille worked as a Main Office Clerk and Summer Program Counselor for Miami-Dade County - Parks and Recreation. In 2012, they were a Student Associate and District Board of Trustees - Student Representative for Miami Dade College. In 2013, they were a Fellow for Salzburg Global Seminar, a Presidential Inauguration Academic Seminar Fellow for The Washington Center, and a Summer Internship for WSVN CHANNEL 7. Finally, from 2014 to 2016, they were a TurboVote Summer Associate for Democracy Works and a Communications + Creative Manager, Communications + Outreach Manager, Communications + Outreach Associate, and Program Associate for Born This Way Foundation.
Shadille Estepan obtained their Associate of Arts (AA) from Miami Dade College in 2013. Shadille then attended the University of Florida, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in 2015. In December 2022, they obtained a certification in Public Narrative: Leadership, Storytelling, and Action from Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education.
