Kath Cable McIpd

Kath Cable MCIPD has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kath has held various roles in different companies since 1991. Currently, Kath serves as the Group HR Director at Borr Drilling since October 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Group HR Director at TWMA from April 2017 to October 2019. Kath also held the position of Human Resources Manager - UK at Oceaneering from October 2016 to April 2017. Before that, they served as the Director, HR North Sea at Hercules Offshore from August 2014 to July 2016. Kath also worked as the Head of HR Aberdeen E&P at Centrica Energy Upstream from September 2012 to August 2014 and as the Global Human Resource Leader at GE Energy from September 2010 to September 2012. Kath pursued an Msc HRM Full-Time Student role at RGU Aberdeen from September 2009 to September 2012. Additionally, Kath held the position of Manager, Human Resources at Northern Offshore from February 2008 to July 2009. Kath began their career at Transocean, where they served as the Career Development Manager from August 2007 to February 2008 and as the Regional Human Resource Manager from August 1991 to August 2007.

Kath Cable MCIPD obtained their Msc in CIPD from Robert Gordon's University of Aberdeen in the academic year of 2009-2010.
