Valerio de Rossi

Valerio De Rossi has a diverse range of work experience in the marine and drilling industry. Valerio has held various roles, including Corporate Marine Manager/CSO at Borr Drilling, where they were responsible for marine operations and regulatory compliance. Valerio also served as the CEO and Principal Marine Consultant at Actium FZE, providing independent marine consultancy services. Prior to that, Valerio was a Marine Superintendent at Ensco plc, overseeing marine operations and regulatory compliance for a fleet of offshore drilling units. Valerio has also held positions such as Offshore Installation Manager and DP Master III at Vantage Drilling and Transocean, respectively. Valerio's early career includes experience as a Marine Officer and Lieutenant in the Italian Navy, specializing in navigation, communication, and diving operations. Valerio is currently involved in mentoring at City, University of London and serving as a Council Member at the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology (IMarEST).
