Frank Figueroa

Dr. Frank Figueroa is a native of Coachella, California, and the son/ grandson of farmworkers. Dr. Figueroa has proudly served The University of California for over 7 years as a Financial Manager in various departments from the University Financial Aid Office, Registrar’s Office, Housing Services, Career Services, Botanical Gardens, and most recently the English Department. Through his numerous leadership positions at UC, including Vice-President of the UC Riverside’s Staff Assembly and a Delegate on the Council of University of California Staff Assemblies. Dr. Figueroa was first elected to the Board of Directors of the Southern Coachella Valley Community Services District in 2015 as the youngest member on the board and now serves as the Vice-President of the board. Dr. Figueroa is one of the only OUT elected officials in the Eastern Coachella Valley.
