Catherine Gordon

Catherine Gordon has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality, finance, and operations industries. Catherine began their career in 1995 as the Director of Finance & Operations at Dispatch Management Services. In 2000, they moved to Oce Business Services as a Senior Operations & Process Improvement Project Manager, where they managed projects up to $5 million in revenue. In 2009, they joined Graduation Source as the Head of Operations & Process Management, where they focused on operational strategy. From 2013-2015, they held the role of Vice President of Operations & Administration at BorrowersFirst, Inc. and Host Committee Member at TEDxWallStreet. In 2015, they became the Director of Business & Sales Operations at Booker Software, and in 2018 they moved to MS Shift, Inc. as the Vice President of Sales & Operations.

Catherine Gordon has obtained a Masters of Arts from Harvard University, a Piero Lunghi Fellow from NEW YORK UNIVERSITY, Polytechnic Institute, an MBA from Pace University - Lubin School of Business, and a BA from Iona University. Additionally, they have earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
