Helping employees is what Rebecca loves most when it comes to her career in Human Resources. She is skilled in guiding team members through benefits elections and overseeing performance management initiatives that elevate team members to achieve their personal best. Rebecca earned her undergraduate degree and her MBA in Human Resource Management from Oklahoma Christian University. She is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and a self-proclaimed “Texas girl” who enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible.
