Radosław Szorc

Tomasz Rados currently serves as a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Prior to this role, Rados worked at the European Commission as a Financial Correspondent and Project Assistant from February 2022 to January 2024, contributing to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support. Rados has also been a member of the Stakeholder's Council of the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at Uniwersytet Warszawski from December 2020 to December 2023. Other notable experience includes working at the European Defence Agency and the European External Action Service, alongside previous positions within the European Commission. Rados began their career at the Ministry of Economy and Labour in Poland. Rados holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw.
