Thomas Fischer

Thomas Fischer has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Thomas currently holds the position of VP Global Product Development at BOS GmbH & Co. KG since 2023. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Manager Engineering at INEOS Automotive. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager Closures Engineering at Tesla Motors from 2016 to 2020, where they had overall responsibility for all models in production and new projects. Additionally, they held various positions at Magna Car Top Systems from 2011 to 2015, including Customer Business Unit Director and Director Program Management.

Thomas Fischer attended Fachhochschule Aalen from 1989 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Their degree is a Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.Ing.).
